We welcome all major credit cards. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.
It is not uncommon for us to make purchases on behalf of our clients. We offer two options.

  1. Provide a prepayment at least 5 days in advance for services that you would like us to purchase on your behalf or
  2. We can make purchases on your behalf upfront, but we will apply a 5% surcharge to your invoice.

We require a 24 hour notice. Feel free to contact us if you have something that needs to be done sooner than that as we may be able to take care of it for you. However, there will be a surcharge for rush orders.
Absolutely. When you purchase a gift certificate you are paying for a block of time. You may purchase as many hours as you wish. Our gift certificate purchases are not made to be applicable to our vendor services (e.g. house cleaning, home organization, moving services, etc.).
Cancellations must be called in to 888-776-4985 and received at least two hours prior to a scheduled service or a minimum one-hour fee will be charged to your credit/debit card.
Those who make A La Carte purchases typically only need us for a one-time service or sporadically. Our clients who purchase our Packages need us more often and maximum their personal concierge experience.
