Personal Assistant Services

We serve Oakland County and Wayne County. If you have a need in Washtenaw County and Macomb County, we may have agents available to assist you.

Virtual Assistant Services


We accept all major credit cards.
It is not uncommon for us to make purchases on behalf of our clients. We offer two options.

  1. Provide a prepayment at least 3-5 days in advance for services that you would like us to purchase on your behalf or
  2. We can make purchases on your behalf upfront, but we will apply a 5% surcharge to your invoice. We will require that you put a credit card on file.

First time customers will need to provide a form of prepayment.

We prefer a 24 hour notice. Feel free to contact us if you have something that needs to be done sooner than that as we may be able to take care of it for you. However, there may be a surcharge for rush orders.
Absolutely! When you purchase a gift certificate you are paying for a block of time. You may purchase as many hours as you wish. Our gift certificate purchases are not made to be applicable to our vendor services (e.g. house cleaning, home organization, moving services, etc.).
Cancellations must be received at least two hours prior to a scheduled service or a minimum one-hour fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.

If you are a member, you can log in and cancel the appointment. This will send a notification to the Agent on our team immediately.

Yes, before service begins we will ask that you sign a contract electronically.
