The average person spends 41 minutes in the grocery store, which does not include the time it takes to get to the store, get home, and also put the groceries away. With our Grocery Delivery Service, you get your time back to do what’s more important to you while we browse the grocery aisles for your products!
Things You Should Know
- There is a 1-hour minimum (
$40.00$35.00/hour). If the grocery delivery service takes longer than 1 hour, you are expected to pay the balance. It’s approximately $0.58 per minute) - You will be required to make a deposit for 1-hour while booking. PayPal and Credit/Debit accepted only.
- We do require prepayment for groceries and other items. You will receive instructions for this in your confirmation email.
- If there’s money leftover, we’ll refund it back to you unless monies need to be applied to the service fee.
- The clock begins when we arrive at the first location. The clock stops once your groceries are delivered.
- We will only be providing no-contact deliveries at this time.
- We will provide you with a copy of your receipt.
- You may contact your Concierge Agent if you have any questions.
- Your Concierge Agent will be in contact with you regarding missing items, etc.
- You will receive an email confirmation after booking.
- We can shop anywhere except warehouse stores as they require membership
