I didn’t build The Custom Match because it sounded like a good idea. I built it because I’ve spent years watching business owners hire the wrong person, not because they made a bad decision, but because they never had the right framework to make a good one.

My background in talent development and program coordination gave me something most matching services don’t have: a professional understanding of what good support actually looks like from the inside.
